Prices include:

- Any additional person 5,00 €/night.
- Energy costs for electricity, gas and water: April-September 2,50 €/Day, October-March 4,50 €/Day
- Visitor's tax 0,20 €/person/night
- One time fee for final cleaning: 38,00 € per flat

Sauna usage in apartments and bungalows is a one time fee of 20,- € for your stay and has to be ordered in advance.
The holiday houses Blumengarten, Im Wiesengrund, Sonnenblick und Waldfrieden have a WLAN Internet connection available. If you bring your own notebook you can connect to the internet for a one time fee of 10,- €. Internet usage has to be preordered and guests get receive a wireless login with their order confirmation.
